Leadership Project
This leadership project has painstakingly developed a bold approach for advancing servant-leadership through an inspiring educational experience. Participants will learn "who" a servant-leader is, "what" a servant-leader does, and the basis for the highest motivational impetus for being a servant-leader. Additionally, key components of what it means to be a servant-leader will be explored through servant-leader characteristics.
Weekend seminars or one-day intensives are available and flexible to meet clients needs. Topic options include God centered servant-leadership, empathetic listening, acceptance and empathy, foresight and up-sight, awareness and perception, and persuasion.
The weekend setting provides opportunity for participants to engage though personal interaction, in-depth reflection on their role and responsibilities, and to set goals for future personal and organizational commitments.
A single introductory session, on God centered servant-leadership, is also available.
